Appointments and tours for admission are on going. Admissions testing may be scheduled as soon as the completed application form, required documents and registration fee is received. Once a grade level is full, new applications received for that particular grade level will be placed on the waiting list until such time a space becomes available.
Applications for Pre-KG, KG1 and Kindergarten (KG2) should be submitted as soon as possible due to the fact that these grade levels fill very quickly. Pre-KG children must be at least 3 years old, KG1 children must be 4 years old and Kindergarten children must be 5 years old as of September 30th.
Send a completed application form, registration fee and required completed VIS forms (all completed in English) contained in the initial application packet to [email protected]. You may download the required forms from this website.
The principals, teachers, and counselors in consultation with the Admissions Officer (this group forms the Admissions Committee) will decide if the applicant’s file is to be provisionally accepted for testing.
If eligible to apply for admission to VIS, parents will be contacted by email or telephone with a follow-up invitation to schedule a testing appointment for your child.
The parents will be notified by the Admissions Officer on the Admissions Committee’s decision.
Complete the Application for Admissions form. This form must be fully and accurately completed and signed by the parent/guardian. Include all relevant information regarding disciplinary, social, physical, medical, or psychological problems.
Applications will not be accepted unless all requested documents are submitted:
SEC approved fees for VIS are downloadable from the Information, Applications and Forms Page.
As part of the application process, parents will be provided with a Previous School Report form. Parents should complete the top portion of the form, sign it and send it to their child’s current school requesting either the student’s teacher, school counselor or principal to complete the form. The Previous School Report should be returned directly by the school by mail in a sealed envelope to VIS before the testing/interview appointment can be made. The report may also be scanned and emailed by the school as an attachment. See the Information, Applications and Forms Page.
