Tuition & School Fees

Vision International School fees are set each year by the school’s Board of Trustees.

Explanation of Fees

Additional Fees: Due with first semester tuition which includes - stationery, books, materials used throughout the school year, classroom resources and activities, most field trips and outings, and extra resources as needed.

Bus Fees (optional)

A bus/transportation fee will be charged per student/per semester. More information will be provided in the coming weeks.

Tuition Payment Schedules

A NON-REFUNDABLE Tuition Deposit (amount to be determined) is required to reserve a place in Vision International School which will be credited to the student’s account.

  • Schedule 1: 100% of annual tuition and fees are due on or before the start of the school year.
  • Schedule 2: 50% of the annual tuition and fees is due on or before the start of the school year. The remaining 50% of the annual tuition is payable and due before/by January 15.
Method of Payment of Tuition Fees

Payment must be made by check to our accounts office payable in QR to “Vision International School” Please include a copy of your invoice with your cheque. Cash may also be accepted. Payment of tuition may also be made by bank wire transfer.

Other Expenses Not Covered in Tuition & Fees

VIS tuition does not cover the school uniform, PE uniform, bus transportation, nor lunch. Students may either bring their lunch from home or they may purchase food in the school cafeteria.

Terms and Conditions of Enrollment

If written notification to withdraw a student is received by VIS before the first day of classes, the enrollment contract will be terminated. In the event of such termination, VIS will retain the non-refundable Registration Fee and the Tuition Deposit, but the person(s) assuming financial obligation under this contract shall not have any further financial responsibility to the school.
