Thank you for your interest in employment at VIS. If you are interested in the creativity, excitement, and challenge that comes with teaching in an American curriculum international school, this could well be the professional opportunity of a lifetime. While we are fully staffed for the current school year, recruiting is ongoing and underway for the next school year beginning in August. Please email a well-written cover letter, your updated CV/résumé, photo, and any recent letters of recommendation to: email@example.com For future reference and for more details, our available teaching and administrative positions are listed on International Schools Services’ and Search Associates’ websites. Generally, we hire using a variety of methods including Zoom interviews and at recruiting fairs happening around the world. We are continually reviewing résumés/CVs and do initiate contact with those candidates who appear to be the best fit for available positions.
Do you already live in Qatar? If you live in the local area (or will soon be due to a family relocation), and are interested in a local-hire teaching contract or school support position, please contact us directly. To attend the recruiting fairs, please contact ISS or Search Associates directly. Otherwise, please submit your CV and reference contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org
United States, Canadian and other native-English-speaking candidates are preferred.
The minimum teaching requirements for VIS teachers are:
- Teacher Certification
- Recent teaching experience in a K-12 US or Canadian curriculum school, or an American international school curriculum
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
